All notarization services are performed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification, required documents, or legal conditions are not met.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, phone, or email.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may qualify for a refund or credit (see Refund Policy).

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes without notice may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for completed services.

Refunds or service credits are available for:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Errors caused by our notary or staff that cannot be corrected.

Client mistakes (e.g., incorrect or missing documents).

No-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 3–7 business days.
5. Client Responsibilities
By booking services, you agree to:

Present valid, government-issued photo identification.

Review all documents for accuracy before and after notarization.

Comply with any legal requirements for your specific documents.
6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved business checks.

Additional fees may apply for travel, after-hours service, or expedited requests.
