No fixed office location – Contractors may work from home when not on appointments.
Must have a secure space for handling and storing sensitive documents.
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Uptown Notary & Signing Co. in public settings.
About the Role
Transport and deliver sensitive documents to and from clients, the Texas Secretary of State, and other designated agencies for apostille and legalization processing.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Smartphone with email access, scanning/photo capability, and GPS
Ability to travel locally or out of town to the Texas Secretary of State in Austin, TX.
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong communication skills
Access to a laptop or tablet for document handling (where applicable)
Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
Willingness to work evenings/weekends when needed (based on client needs)
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred (but not required):
Prior customer service or client-facing experience
Experience handling sensitive documents or working under compliance standards
