Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Uptown Notary & Signing Co. in public settings.
About the Role
Conduct property, equipment, or compliance inspections for insurance companies, lenders, or other organizations. Document findings through photographs, forms, and written reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned locations to perform inspections
Take clear, detailed photographs and complete required forms
Submit accurate reports within designated timelines
Communicate any concerns or discrepancies to the client
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Smartphone or camera capable of high-resolution photos
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Smartphone with email access, scanning/photo capability, and GPS
Ability to travel locally within assigned service areas
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong communication skills
Access to a laptop or tablet for document handling (where applicable)
Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
Willingness to work evenings/weekends when needed (based on client needs)
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred (but not required):
Prior customer service or client-facing experience
Experience handling sensitive documents or working under compliance standards
